Celtic Ascension Service
This year, we will celebrate the return of Christ to heaven (which is commemorated between Easter Sunday and Pentecost Sunday) with a Celtic Ascension Service at 7 pm on Thursday, May 26.
In addition to special Celtic-themed music, our guest preacher will be The Rev. Christopher L. Epperson, Rector of historic Bruton Parish in Colonial Williamsburg.
Our Celtic Ascension Service will offer a thoughtful Eucharistic liturgy meant to facilitate a meaningful transition from Easter to the extended post-Pentecost season.

Field of Flags 2022
On Sunday, May 29 we will all help place approximately 5,500 US flags on the front lawn of the church to honor the service of all veterans who have given the final sacrifice during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The placement of these flags will start immediately after the 8 am service and will continue until all flags are installed. For a brief history of this beautiful remembrance, please click here:
